    These General Terms and Conditions apply to all (advertising) communications, services, products and materials of absolutely.skin and absolutely.skin's employees. When specific agreements are concluded, such as treatment agreements with the client, these general terms and conditions are deemed to form part of them.

     

    In these General Terms and Conditions the following definitions apply:

     

    Beauty salon: Beauty specialists who work at absolutely.skin and conclude a treatment agreement with the client;

     

    Client: the person who concludes a treatment agreement with the beauty therapist for themselves or for a specific third party;

     

    Consumer: the natural person who, other than in the exercise of his profession or business, uses the services of absolutely.skin

     

    Agreement: the agreement for treatment and/or delivery of products in the field of cosmetic care;

     

    1. Efforts salon

    The beauty salon will carry out the treatments to the best of its knowledge and ability and in accordance with the requirements of good craftsmanship and on the basis of the current state of science. The beauty salon will inform the client as much as reasonably possible about the financial consequences of the changes or additions to the treatment.

     

    2. Appointments and cancellations

     

    Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, but to ensure fairness to all our clients and our staff, we enforce the following cancellation policy:

     

    Cancellation Notice: Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

     

    No Show Policy: In the event of a no-show without prior notice, a 50% fee of the scheduled service(s) will be charged to the client's account. In the event of lateness without any notice, the appointment will be automatically cancelled after 10 minutes.

     

    Late Arrival: If you anticipate being late for your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please note that arriving late may result in a shortened appointment time to avoid inconvenience to other clients.

     

    Rescheduling: Clients are allowed one reschedule per appointment without incurring any additional fees, provided the request is made within the 24-hour cancellation notice period.

     

    Exceptions: We understand that emergencies may arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

     

    By booking an appointment with our salon, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

     

    The beauty salon will make reasonable efforts to limit these costs as much as possible.

    The beauty salon lists all prices of the treatments and products visibly in the salon. The reported prices include VAT. Offers in advertisements are valid for the stated period and/or while supplies last. The client must pay for the treatments and any products immediately.

     

    3. Payment

    The reported prices include VAT. Offers in advertisements are valid for the stated period and/or while supplies last. The client must pay for the treatment and any products by card/PIN immediately after the treatment.

    Refunds for prepaid treatments will only be honored on medical grounds.

     

    4. Personal data & Privacy

    Before the first treatment, the client provides the beauty salon with all information that the beauty salon indicates is necessary or of which the client should reasonably understand that it is necessary for the careful execution of the treatments. The beauty salon records the client's personal data in an automated system and on a customer card. The beauty salon handles consumer data in accordance with the guidelines in the Personal Data Protection Act. The beauty salon will not sell or rent consumer data to third parties without prior written permission from the client.

     

    5. Confidentiality

    The beauty therapist is obliged to maintain confidentiality of all confidential information that the client has shared during the treatment. Information is considered confidential if this has been communicated by the client or if this arises from the nature of the information. Confidentiality lapses if, on the basis of a legal provision or a court decision, the beautician is obliged to provide confidential information to third parties.

     

    6. Liability

    The beauty salon is not liable for damage of any nature whatsoever caused by the beauty therapist based on incorrect and/or incomplete information provided by the client about relevant physical conditions, medication use, work or leisure activities, or in a case of refusal of disclosing such information by the client. The beauty therapist is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal property that the consumer has brought to the salon.

     

    7. Satisfaction Guarantee

    The beauty salon gives consumers a two-week 147-day) warranty on products. This guarantee lapses if:

    -The consumer has used products other than those recommended by the beauty salon

    -The consumer has not followed the advice for home care.

    -The consumer has not used the products according to the instructions for use.

    -The consumer has not followed the advice to seek medical help within five working days.

    -The consumer continued to use other products despite the advice of the beauty salon

     

    8. Complaints

    If the consumer has a complaint about the treatment or a product, this must be reported in writing to the owner of the beauty salon and the treating beautician as soon as possible, but within five working days after discovery. The beauty salon must provide the complainant with an adequate response within five working days. If the beauty salon and the complainant cannot reach an agreement, the complainant can submit the dispute to the legislator or mediator.

     

    9. Damage & theft

    The beauty salon has the right to demand compensation from the client if the client or consumer damages furniture, equipment or products. The beauty salon always reports theft to the police.

     

    10. Good behavior

    The consumer should behave properly in the salon according to generally accepted standards. If the consumer continues to exhibit inappropriate behavior after repeated warnings, the beauty salon has the right to refuse the client access to the salon, stating reasons.

     

    11. Law

    Dutch law applies to every agreement between the beauty salon and the client. In the event of an explanation of the content and scope of these general terms and conditions, the Dutch text is always decisive. The most recently filed version or the version that applied at the time the agreement was concluded always applies.

     

    Terms and Conditions for Loyalty Stamp Card Program

     

    Eligibility: Participation in the loyalty stamp card program ("10th treatment free") is open to all customers aged 18 years and above who make purchases at absoluteluy.skin. This is not applicable to packages and treatments that are not cleary stated on the card. Cannot be exchanged for the monetary value.

     

    Stamp Collection: Customers earn one stamp for every eligible treatment at the absolutely.skin's participating locations. Stamps are issued at the discretion of the Company and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.

     

    Treatment Stamps: Customers will receive one stamp for each eligible treatment or service purchased at the Company's participating locations. Upon collecting nine stamps from eligible treatments listed on the card, customers will receive the tenth treatment free of charge. Eligible treatments and services are subject to change and will be specified on the loyalty stamp card.

     

    Redemption: Upon collecting nine stamps, customers are eligible to redeem their filled stamp card for an eligible treatment completely free of charge. The reward or discount is subject to change at the Company's discretion.

     

    Lost or Stolen Cards: The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed cards. Customers are encouraged to safeguard their cards and report any issues promptly to martyna.absolutelyskin@gmail.com.

     

    Expiration: Stamp cards expire two years from the date of issuance. Expired cards will not be eligible for redemption or transfer of stamps.

     

    Modification or Termination: The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. In the event of modification or termination, any unredeemed stamps or rewards will be forfeited.

     

    Data Privacy: By participating in the Program, customers consent to the collection and use of their personal information for Program administration purposes. The Company is committed to protecting customer privacy and will not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

     

    Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dutch Government. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Dutch Government.

     

    Acceptance: Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. The Company reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual who violates these terms or engages in fraudulent behavior.
